Only 25 miles from the Moray coast and 35miles from Aviemore, imperial Cottage provides an ideal base and location to enjoy the beautiful say and pebble beaches of Lossiemouth, Findhorn and Spey Bay, famous for dolphin, seal and bird watching.. Aviemore on the other hand has fabulous ski runs in winter with mountain biking, trout fishing, sailing and canoeing, clay pigeon shooting, river rafting and quad biking throughout the year.
