Okusni plodovi, predelani v pekoče omake, pa so prijatelje in znance povsem prevzeli.
Spomladi leta 2010, sem kot samostojni podjetnik tudi uradno pričel z gojenjem čilijev in izdelavo pekočih omak, ter drugih proizvodov povezanih s temi po okusu pekočih paprik, katere danes bolje poznamo pod imenom čili.
Naslednje leto sem zaradi vedno večjega povpraševanja poskusno najel večji rastlinjak, v letošnjem letu pa sem že postavil večji rastlinjak v domačem kraju Sv.
Duh pri Škofji Loki, kjer je tudi sedež podjetja in proizvodnja pekočih omak..

NARAVNO IN KVALITETNO!.
V tem razmeroma kratkem času sem vso pozornost, poleg vzgoje sadik in pridelave čilijev, posvetil predvsem proizvodnji pekočih omak in ostalih žgočih dobrot.
V letu 2011, sem tri svoje pekoče omake poslal v ZDA na tekmovanje, kjer sodelujejo proizvajalci pekočih omak iz vsega sveta.
Vse tri omake so zasedle prvo mesto v svojih kategorijah.
Preizkuševalce so poleg okusa navdušile tudi naravne in kvalitetne sestavine, brez dodanih umetnih konzervansov, stabilizatorjev in barvil.
Za gojenje čilijev uporabljamo le naravna in okolju prijazna eko gnojila..
