Detailed description is For years I have specialised in wedding, special occasion & novelty birthday cakes and customised cupcakes. Now I will be focusing on passing on my knowledge and teaching you how to make amazing cakes!! :) This page has been a work in progress for over the last 8 years. . . My love of cakes started simply because I wanted to make amazing birthday cakes for my 3 children. I was then asked to make cakes for my friends and this led me to some formal training courses with some incredible teachers including Debbie Brown (UK), Handi Mulyana (Aus) and Trina Thompson (Aus).. .
