Il a fait le café pour l'émission musicale Pop: Dim Dam Dom. C'est aux abords du studio qu'il a rencontré Jimi Hendrix. C'est ainsi qu'a débutée sa fièvre qui l'a conduit à attendre des heures devant l'Olympia et a traquer ses idoles en bas des grands hôtels parisiens. Sa collection, qui est en partie exposée à l'hôtel Le Relais Madeleine, compte plus de 300 autographes incroyables et des photos inédites des plus grands: les Beatles, les Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, Johnny Hallyday, The Kinks, The Animals, Bob Dylan, The Who, Chuck Berry....
