The house is a 2 story, large 4 bedroom property with open plan living.
Features include marble tiling, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans and a modern kitchen.
It also has a large deck that is ideal for family BBQ's and relaxation with uninterupted river views.
The deck has two lounges and a hammock for relaxing while you enjoy the view.
A 10 seater outdoor table and chairs and a Patio Heater to keep you warm in winter months..

The house has a double garage, dual driveway access and fully fenced, large back yard.
The house is situated above the Karuah river.
Access to the river and boat ramp is a short 5 minute walk and is ideal for for swimming, water skiing, fishing and kayaking.
A great little community that is safe for the children to ride their bikes with the local park only minutes away.
The river has a built in pool area ( best used at high tide), and a jetty that the locals regularly jump off and a small beach area.
Great for a picnic or just to visit for a quick dip.
The Karuah river is great for water activities and ideal for fishing.
You will need to provide your own water craft, kayaks, inflatables, boards, skies etc..
