Hunans began as a simple menu and slowly evolved to a full-scale buffet restaurant. In the recent decade, Mae decided to use high quality ingredients and switch to fresh, healthier selections. With this change, the menu was revamped, but with past favorites still on the menu. Mae continues to evolve the menu and loves feedback from customers.
