My Kombucha is raw, unpasteurised, made from filtered water, certified organic tea and certified raw organic sugar. I source Australian and local products as much as possible and engage in sustainable practices such as re-usable bottles and re-cycled paper. My Kombucha contains no forced carbonation, hence some brews may have more fizz than others. This is a natural part of the fermentation process and many factors such as the choice of tea, sugar, fermentation timing and temperature will affect the overall flavour and carbonation. Carbonation or the delightful fizz is not an indicator of the level of goodness, however, please do not shake, and open every bottle with care (even over a jug or bowl just in case). All my products are handcrafted, hand bottled and carefully nurtured to ensure the best product possible. . . Kombucha Flavours. I have to admit, when it comes to flavours, I enjoy variety and experimentation. Due to this, I may not always have the flavour you enjoy most. Also, due to the very nature of Kombucha, each batch cannot be guaranteed to taste the same.
