Portage la Prairie's (and Manitoba's, for that matter) one and only winter folk festival, a brainchild of local arts advocate Linda Omichinski in 2012 with the first annual festival established in February 2013, is an event enjoyed by people all ages and backgrounds; the past four years were a huge success!. .
