Detailed description is Built in 1928, and remodeled in 2001, Honors Hall is home to 117 residents and also contains the Honors College, with a library, classrooms, and faculty offices. The hall is mixed-grade and co-ed, comprised of Honors Program participants, academic scholarship recipients and other students interested in an intellectually stimulating living community. Honors Hall is distinguished from other living/learning communities by in-hall involvement with the Honors Program faculty. The residents also host many programs like suite competitions and events for almost every holiday, including Apple Cup, Mom's and Dad's Week, and Homecoming!. Honors has a pool table, ping pong table, TV, piano, a full kitchen in the basement and indoor bike storage. There are also study lounges on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors as well as the study lab in the basement which contains computers for student use.
