Since that time, the Foundation has worked to enhance the school experience by funding programs to help students maintain the competitive edge inside and outside the classroom.. . While its first priority is the funding of grant applications from the staff and students at H-F, the Foundation also continues to maintain and distribute a number of scholarships held in its care as well as accounts for the benefit of other organizations such as a particular class reunion or fundraising for a targeted project (i.e. Auditorium renovation).. . Funding for the H-F Foundation is based on a combination of fundraising activities and donations from the community at large – parents, alumnae and friends. The Foundation is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization and any donation is therefore tax deductible.. . All donations will be recognized with an official letter noting our tax exempt status.
