Two components of this model: the inclusion of the family voice and the acknowledgement of spiritual needs will make our Service Delivery Model unique..

We engaged SHS consulting to assist us in developing our business plan, which we submitted to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
In conjunction with SHS, we also developed a needs assessment report that has been submitted to CMHC.
