We are excited you are here! Holy Spirit was founded in 1998 and housed in the Knight's of Colombus Hall amongst cotton fields.
Since then, cotton fields have turned to concrete roads and southwest Lubbock has exploded in growth, as has the need for a Catholic parish in this area.
We currently have over 1200 families registered with a thriving CCE religious education program of 300 kids, a Jr.
CYO of 100 plus vibrant youth alive for Christ, and a model Sr.
CYO program with outstanding high school students living for the word of God and serving the Lubbock community through service projects.
We have over 50 organizations including an Adult Bible study Sunday's at 9:15, Women's Bible Study, Crusillos movment, and the FAMOUS Footsteps in Faith Conference featuring Dr.
Hahn in held HERE annually in February.
We even have a Zumba classs! Try us out this Sunday, and be welcomed home to Christ through the Eucharist at Mass: Saturday, 5PM, Sunday 8AM or 10:30AM.
