Detailed description is We are a multi-faceted social service agency serving Northern Kentucky's mental and behavioral health needs through our five programs. Holly Hill Children's Services is comprised of five out-of-home care and community based services.. . Case Management. Children and youth, up to age 21, receive the support needed to stabilize their home environments and preserve the family unit. Case managers gather and relay clinical information to secure funding for needed services for children who are at risk of being institutionalized or hospitalized due to emotional difficulties. The team accesses services such as therapy, medical monitoring, evaluation and assessments to help children succeed in their homes, school, and communities.. . Community Support Associates. An individualized service promoting one-to-one interactions with at-risk children to stabilize them in their homes and communities. Services are conducted with the full participation of the child and their family. Positive interventions are delivered to promote appropriate social behaviors and daily living skills.. . Residential Treatment . A safe, structured environment to assist girls ages 11-18 in returning to their homes or to transition to an alternative setting. Services are family focused and are supported by a team of professionals who help meet the emotional, social, behavioral, education, personal, and cultural needs of each child. Interventions are designed to help each child improve her coping skills and enhance her socially appropriate behaviors. . . Supervised Visitation & Monitored Exchange. A service providing opportunities for non-residential parents or others to maintain contact with their children in a safe, neutral setting. Parents are given safe access to their children when unsupervised contact with the parent is not in the child's best interest. The service helps to ensure the safety of children and parents, stabilize families during crises, reduce the risks of domestic violence, and promote healthy parent-child interaction.. . Therapy Services. Licensed therapists conduct in-home sessions with children, their parents, and siblings to help improve the quality of life for the entire family unit. Children in the program have severe emotional and/or behavioral issues and are at risk of being hospitalized or placed outside of their homes. Therapy Services are available to children in Northern Kentucky who are referred to Holly Hill with a mental health diagnosis and are Medicaid eligible.
