Detailed description is We are a family owned and operated farm in Wilkinson, Indiana.
We farm 600 acres of corn, beans, and wheat.
We are looking to expand our operation .
Let us introduce our selves , we are Chris and Tony Holliday; We were born and raised in Hancock County on a small livestock and grain operation.
We both were ten year 4-H members, and participated in showing cattle, lambs, and swine.
Also, we were very active in the Eastern Hancock FFA, and very involved in livestock judging.
Chris attended Purdue University where he received his degree in General Agriculture.
Chris chose this degree program to give him more freedom on which type of classes he took.
He study a lot of Ag econ and Animal science.
After his graduation, he was employed with the local coop, as a livestock feed salesmen.
After three years of service, he decided to go into the family transport business.
Tony went to Blackhawk Jr.
college on livestock judging scholarship.
Then attended Purdue University receiving his B.A in General Agriculture.
After college Tony was employed with Central Indiana Cancer Center as a pharmacy tech.
In 2012 , he returned to the farm and the family transport business..
Currently we would like to obtain a opportunity to rent more ground or purchase in this area.
We also could use any non tillable ground for cattle pastures, so we can be diversified between grain and commercial cattle.
