The church, located on the junction of Highways S23 and G24, was built in 1870 and is one of the oldest religious structures in Warren County. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, it is a symbol of perseverance and a reminder of the importance of preserving these sites for future generations. . . Time, the elements, and the expense of restoration have taken a toll on this historic structure. State Historical Society funding was used to immediately replace the severely damaged roof.
