She enjoys treating a wide variety of diagnoses including post-op injuries, athletic injuries, pediatrics, pelvic floor dysfunction, gait abnormalities, and core stabilization training. . . Dr. Monson enjoys running, having competed twice at the Boston Marathon. She has taught yoga/step classes and water aerobics through the HRC. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and boston terrier.. . Tera Hiebert, CPTA. Tera is a 2000 graduate of Colby Community College with a degree in Applied Science. She has been with HCH since 2001. She has a passion about healthy lifestyle habits and holistic approaches to wellness.. .
