We always try to source our produce as local as possible but living in the Victorian Alps the growing is limited so we travel twice weekly to the Melbourne Markets buying the best produce available directly from the Grower & Producers - which means that the farmers are getting paid much high $$$ for the fruits or their labor and our customers are receiving FRESH healthy produce and NOT fruit & veg that has been sitting in large supermarket storage warehouses for months prior to being put on the shelves..
