To reserve a cabin you need a one night non-refundable deposit..

Our cabins are reserved for one week stays during peak months (Jun-Aug).
Two night minimums are normally required during off-peak (Sep-May).
A one night deposit plus a valid credit card are required for holding reservations.

Cancellation policy :.

Canceling reservations up to one month before arrival = 100% return (less admin fee...see below).
One month to two weeks before arrival = $100 loss (depending on cabin).
Two weeks before arrival = $200 loss (depending on cabin).
One week before arrival or no shows are charged 100% of the room rate.
All cancellations will be subject to a $25 administration fee.
