Inaugurada em 2002, a herdade conta com 19 quartos distribuídos por cinco casas, que são, não só quartos duplos, mas também suites com kitchnete e pequenas casas T2 ou T3. . A Herdade teve desde o início uma decoração na linha dos tradicionais montes alentejanos, procurando manter um ambiente rural e aconchegante. Nas últimas casas inauguradas optou-se por diferenciar, mantendo uma arquitectura exterior tradicional tipicamente alentejana conjugada com um interior inspirado nas novas tendências de decoração. . Os quartos e casas estão equipados de modo a garantir o máximo conforto aos clientes. Todos têm LCD´s, DVD, acesso gratuito à Internet, aquecimento, ar condicionada e terraço privativo. .
