On the catering side, we offer several different types of meat on our electric pellet smoker which provides a fantastic smokey flavor while keeping the temperatures steady for perfect tenderness. We love cooking ribs and they are to die for! We only cook K.C.B.S. style ribs and once you have had ours you will not want anything else...we promise. They are cooked until tender and when bitten into, you will leave that perfect bite mark on a clean bone. We also smoke pork loins for out of this world pulled pork. Pork Loin is available for your next formal party or an afternoon with family. Beef Brisket is one of the hardest meats to master but we feel we have done just that.
