Kinyatta Bennett was born in Biloxi and raised in Gulfport, MS where she graduated in 2001 from Harrison Central High School.
Following graduation, Dr.
Bennett attended MGCCC Jeff Davis campus and then transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS where she studied Biological Sciences with a minor in chemistry.
Determined to achieve her goal of becoming a dentist, Dr.
Bennett applied to and was accepted into dental school at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry..

While in dental school, Dr.
Bennett also embraced her love for giving back by participating in several missionary trips to help the impoverished in other areas of the world.
After years of hard work, dedication and focus, Dr.
Bennet received her DMD from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2010.

Bennett married her long time best friend and classmate Dr.
Christopher Bennett, D.M.D..
