Detailed description is A chilling secret lurks in Hazelwood MO. The month of October is filled with fear and screams as the neighborhood gathers for a spooky time. Start back in 2006 The Hazelwood House of Horrors has grown each year into an amazing home haunt. When we purchased the house we had a dream of making Halloween the greatest thing ever for the kids of our neighborhood. What started out as a small haunt with just the driveway and garage has now turned into a full home haunt completed with a haunted house in our backyard. We strive to give kids and adults the Halloween that we had growing up. Each year we are bigger and better and we have a repeat group of people that come to enjoy the home haunt. What started out as a project in October has now turn into a year long quest to improve the haunt and make new props. The haunt is not possible without the help of our friends who give time, money, and hard work to make it possible. The haunt is ALWAYS FREE as it is something we want people to enjoy. As the years have passed kids that used to come for candy now "work" in the haunted house. We hope you enjoy our journey and the little haunt we call home.
