He worked as a physical therapist, aquatic therapist, accredited clinical instructor, and outpatient orthopaedic and inpatient physical therapist at Advocate/Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Illinois, until moving to Pengilly, Minnesota, in April of 2003.
He worked for Radtke Physical Therapy as Physical Therapy Director in Nashwauk for nearly ten years before purchasing that business and changing the name to Haven Physical Therapy..
