Detailed description is Beachfront home on a private sandy beach on Lake Huron in Michigan's Thumb. This cottage is in the quaint village of Lexington and is available as a vacation rental. House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6) . . Beautiful, newly renovated, 2400 square foot beachfront home. Marvel at stunning sunrises over Lake Huron from the 2'nd story balcony. Relax, BBQ and dine on the large deck while enjoying a beverage and watching Lake freighters glide by. Stroll and sunbathe on the large, wide private sandy beach with it's Harbor view. Refresh with an invigorating swim in Lake Huron.. . Upstairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms (K, Q, Q) with wood floors. The front 2 rooms boast ceiling fans and a large connecting balcony to view sunrises and the stone Harbor. There are 2 full cermanic baths and a washer/dryer on this level, as well.. . Enter the cottage downstairs through a breakfast nook into the large granite (unpolished) fully equiped kitchen. Dining room and living rooms are open with wood floors and the original stone fireplace. There is a den and ceramic bath (with a large shower) across the back of the cottage. An enclosed porch stretches across the entire cottage front for expansive views of the Lake and Harbor..
