Detailed description is Gîte 4-5 personnes, à la semaine, wekend, mois, calme sans vis à vis, village, charme du Quercy blanc, gorges de l'aveyron, rando, escalade, farniente ! C'est une petite maison de famille dans laquelle je vis le reste de l'année, (mes quartiers à l'étage où il n'y a pas accès), elle a été rénovée dans les années 70 par mes grands-parents dont elle a gardé tout le charme, faïence d'époque !. Les murs épais de pierre vous offriront la joie d'une maison fraiche, si agréable les étés chauds que nous avons dans la région!. Le calme, la nuit, hormis le bruit des cigales et des grillons, vous rentrerez reposés :) . Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, tranquillité assurée, pas de vis-à vis depuis la maison située dans le bourg, les familles (avec enfants) y trouveront leur bonheur, le jardin est fermé sur l'accès route et les compagnons à quatre pattes y sont bienvenus !. . Vous aurez accès à tout le rez-de-chaussé comprenant un grand salon avec insert, canapé et fauteuils cosy, deux chambres lumineuses, dont une avec porte donnant sur le jardin, une cuisine équipée (frigo, four électrique, cuisinière gaz, grande table 5-7places), sale d'eau avec WC séparé, buanderie avec lave-linge. Un bel espace extérieur avec terrasse ombragée, et jardin coquet pour vos siestes estivales !. . Je serai disponible pour vos questions concernant l'organisation de votre séjour, cours de yoga à domicile, ou en plein air, diverses activités autour des Gorges de l'Aveyron (kayak, accrobranche, escalade, rando...) à 15 minutes de Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val !. Restaurant à 300m de la maison, cuisine traditionnelle du terroir (réservation conseillée, très fameux dans la région, gage de qualité) !. . Accès : Sortie Autoroute A20 et Gare SNCF Caussade (10min), Gare TGV Montauban/Cahors (25min). . Ce paradis aux hirondelles est le lieu idéal pour vous ressourcer, et vous offrir un bol de sérénité !. . Prix/Semaine : 250€ - Juin/Septembre; 350€ - Juillet/Aout.
