Gursanj Bakes is a dedication to my son Gursanj Singh who is celiac and was diagnosed with the condition at age of 1.5 years. We struggled alot to get right food for him that is healthy and tasty both. There were variety of options in the market but they lacked either taste or quality. This inspired me to start baking goods at home for my son and I started experimenting with recipes for cookies, cakes & sweet.. After years of trial and test I have come up with my own recipes and I want to help those who strive for good home baked gluten free food items.
