BASIC RATES (Subject to some changes depending on Routines):.

My rates for Pet Sitting at your home is $15 a visit.
Each visit will be about 30 minutes to include feeding, letting dogs out in yard if available, if not then walking the dogs.
Your choice of how many visits a day.
1st- AM visit will be around 6:30-7:30AM,2nd- PM Feeding visit around 4:45-5:30PM and 3rd- Night time potty break before bedtime for the dogs between 8:30-9:30 PM.
Trying to stay competitive in the area so I'm not adding additional charges for additional dogs like other companies..

As for Farms: I'm learning how tricky setting a regular rate is for Farms.
All farms routines are so different.
Generally my thoughts/rates are this...
AM visit to feed/ turn out would be $20.
PM visit to clean stalls, bring in horses and feed dinner $20.
This rate would cover up to 2 horses.
If there are additional horses on the farm(more than 2), it would be $5 extra per additional stall to clean..

Some farms have constant turn out, so if that were the case and the animals just would need feeding and water twice a day I'd rate it at $15 a visit..

If your farm is at your house: in cases like that I would just tack on $10 extra a visit to the farm rates to cover the dogs rather than charge the regular $15 visit for dog rates, since I would already be at the location.
But if the 3rd visit is needed at night for the dogs it would be $15 for the 3rd visit only..
