Join us for the 4th Annual CrossFit Gardendale Gridiron Games on Saturday, November 5th at 9:00 a.m.

The CrossFit Gardendale Gridiron Games is a 2 person team event.
There are 8 divisions for this event: Male/Male RX, Female/Female RX, Male/Male Masters (40+) RX, Female/Female Masters (40+) RX, Male/Male Scaled, Female/Female Scaled, Male/Male Masters (40+) Scaled and Female/Female Masters (40+) Scaled.
The 2 person team will run from Buffalo Wild Wings Gardendale to CrossFit Gardendale where they will perform 6 (5 for Scaled) CrossFit movements.
Once both team members have completed all the reps the 2 person team will run back to Buffalo Wild Wings Gardendale.

The registration fee is $100.00 until Monday, October 31st.
After October 31st, the registration fee will increase to $120.00.
Registration ends 11/03/16.

Prize money of $300.00 will be awarded to the winners of the RX Male/Male division, RX Female/Female division, RX Male/Male Masters (40+) division and RX Female/Female Masters (40+) division.
Winners of these divisions will also receive swag from Atlas Power Wraps, Kill Cliff, Stronger Faster Healthier and WODLIFE! .
