I’m a native of Augusta, Georgia and like many of you; I look forward to football and basketball seasons! I am usually too busy to watch all of the games, but I live for the highlights! I’ve always loved sports and played my fair share throughout high school and my time in the Military.

I learned so many things during these four years, but most of all was to make sound decisions under stress.
We didn’t have time to be indecisive, so this trait was by far the most useful to my platoon and I.
While spending time with many different types of people in several unconventional situations, I found that I enjoyed learning about psychology.
I became very curious about the subject so much that I took time to read text books and journals.
This research helped me to really understand the people around me and to better communicate with them.

Since putting my rough Marine Corps lifestyle behind me, I’ve worked in the sales industry and carried my interpersonal and decision making skills with me.
Understanding my clients and being strong enough of a decision maker to negotiate well on their behalf is what sets me apart from so many other Real Estate Agents.
When I come up against a challenge, I recall that I have been through much worse and will overcome this obstacle as well.

I’m a native Floridian from Daytona Beach, so you can bet that our holidays include some beach somewhere.
As a child, when asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” my response was always the same, “A judge! I want to be a judge!” At the time, I didn’t realize that meant being a lawyer first and then going through an election process, but I knew that I wanted to help people.
Needless to say, once I realized all of that, I was hit with the hard truth that I had no clue what I wanted to be when I grew up.

I tried my hand at college for nursing and became a Certified Nurse’s Assistant in the meantime.
I loved helping my patients and making deep personal connections, but the job just wasn’t for me.
Next, I joined the US Army.
I spent time at different duty stations around the world to include Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Afghanistan.
It was here that I learned what I was made of.
As a Non-Commissioned Officer, leading troops was an honor and an enormous responsibility.
Once I left my military service, I continued to serve as a Government Contractor in Afghanistan and most recently, here, at Fort Gordon.
During this time, I enjoyed being able to contribute to an effort larger than myself and continue to protect the people of the United States of America.

I have since left my career in the Defense Industry for a career in Real Estate.
I chose Real Estate because it provides me with an opportunity to do what I love.
I help people every day.
Over the years, I’ve learned that I love to hear what motivates people and what challenges them.
I enjoy creating relationships to last a lifetime.
I work long hours, but it hardly feels like work when you love what you are doing.
