Detailed description is Greenview Tree Farm is a choose and cut Christmas tree farm on over 80 acres.. 45 minutes north of Milwaukee.. "Make your own memories!" In the 1980's a shoe salesman from Illinois decided that he had always wanted to be a farmer. After thinking about what he wanted to "farm" he liked the idea of Christmas Trees because it was good for the environment and it was a tradition in his own family. He searched for land around his home town in Wisconsin and found a beautiful rock walled barn. . His family helped rehab the abandoned house, gave some TLC to the magnificent barn and planted the fields with Christmas trees. Then he waited 7 years.. In 1992 Greenview Tree Farm opened it's doors in it's original location on the corner of CC & D. Years later another beautiful rock walled barn sat abandoned around the corner on 80 acres. It was purchased to save the barn and planted with Christmas Trees. With the growing demand for a lager gift shop and customer area Greenview Tree Farm made the move to the new farm between 57 and 43 on County D. . Greenview Tree Farm is not just the photo for the Christmas card, it's a place where our family's have come together and grown up at. . We thank everyone who is part of the farm, our staff, our customers our kids' and grand kids. Because without all of you we wouldn't be here for you to "Make Your Own Memories."
