For over a decade now, the farm has been cultivated using organic methods, utilizing cover crops and compost to build rich soil, abundant in nutrients and organic matter.
We believe it is the combination of exceptionally fertile soil and a mild Mediterranean climate that enables the farm to produce great tasting, and nutritionally dense, organic vegetables and berries.
We choose to grow vegetable and berry varieties based and flavor, texture and aroma, not yield, storage and durability.
The farm is certified organic, and committed to farming without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
