In 2000, the restaurant was passed down to a loyal and the hardest working waitress at the time, Loretta Sandoval.
Since 2000 she has ran and managed the responsibilities of the Greek Streak.
She learned to make all of Katherine's recipes by scratch and to this day still using them as if the day she learned them.
Greek Streak to this day uses all Authentic recipes learned and brought from Kathrine's and Georges homeland Greece.Today we serve authentic greek food, from sandwiches to plates, even to combos.
