I am a Steiner graduated Master Bodyworker and have NCBTMB and FSMTB certifications.
I'm a 5+ year therapist with three years practiced in AZ and almost two years on Okinawa, Japan.

On Okinawa I held a contract position at Risner Fitness Center on Kadena Air Base.
Among our military family was a 400+ member group called WOOT! Women On Okinawa Trails, who has some of the best female ultra-marathoners and triathletes in the world.
I also got to serve many of our mental health therapists and patients..
In Sep '11 I returned to Arizona, where I continued my education and did a short internship with NFL and MLB players.
Next I pursued my true love, martial arts, and swapped work-for-training with Jeff Funicello’s American Pankration team at The Spartan Academy.
I helped many of them recover from injury, and the team had another incredible showing at this year’s World Team Trials..
