Detailed description is We are a 40 acre farm only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. We have a 3 bedroom immaculate vacation rental that sleeps 6-8 and gives you a sense of privacy but is still in Asheville. We have a small dairy goat herd for milking and breeding. This new vacation rental has the best of both worlds. It is on the edge of our 40 acre farm yet is about 7 miles from the HEART of downtown. The house has a huge front porch with a dining table, rocking chairs and adirondaks. There are great mountain views in the winter and trees surrounding you in the spring and summer. We have a earthen logging road for walking, a meadow with amazing views for picnicking, and a firepit area for cool nights. The inside has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. We pride ourselves on the aesthetic of this house. It is exceptionally clean, has hardwood floors and does not have clutter.
