Detailed description is Grand River Student Based Health Centers are proud to offer services to the students and staff of School District 16 at our Parachute location and students and staff of Garfield Re-2 at our Rifle location.

In 2010, Grand River Health opened our first school-based health center at the Center for Family Learning in Parachute.
This center currently serves the students and staff of School District 16.
They are open Tuesday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
After great success in Parachute we opened our second student based health center which is located in Rifle and serves the students and staff of Garfield Re-2.
They operate Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 (closed for lunch between 11:30-12:30).
Studies have shown that children who have access to health care at school receive medical care they may not otherwise receive, miss less school, and learn more.
