私たちゆる女子会のメンバーは、東は大田市温泉津町～江津を経て浜田まで、広範囲な地域から集まっている石見大好きな女子たちです。自社の発展と共に、もっと石見ライフを楽しいものにしたい！元気にしたい！という想いの元に集い、学びあう場を共有しています。.

石見部では、個々でご活躍をされている方々は多いものの、なかなかその情報が伝わってこなかったり、横の繋がりが弱く、思うように広報できていないこともたくさんあるように感じています。.

私たちゆる女子会は、そうした「点」で頑張っておられる方々を繋いでいく「ハブ」的存在として、これからも色々な楽しいを創造し、地域活性化を目指していきたいと思っています。.

とはいえ、それぞれがそれぞれの仕事を持ち、忙しい日々を過ごしていることもあり、ゆる～く繋がり、ゆる～く楽しく活動しています。.

私たちは、メンバーそれぞれが自社の発展を目指すために知恵を出し合い、協力し合い、振り返りを行いながら、前向きに営業活動に取り組めるよう学びあうことを大切にしています。.
