Home of Envious Version There is over a 150 yrs of experience and horse knowledge, from the family who operates this farm. The experience of working and caring for horses has became a life long passion of Kim and Jeff and it shows in their family. Everyone who works for us is highly skilled at handling and caring for horses. . . Our professional staff consists of:. . Kim, at the young age of 6 found her love for horses and learn to care for them and even rode other peoples horses before she got her very first horse when she was 16 years old, She has trail rode most of her life and even traveled to Texas for a Wagon Train from Corpus Christi To San Antionio, She just recently fall in love with showing horses, Even after years of traveling with her daughter to shows, She just recently took over the spot light in the show pen and can be found showing Halter and Western Pleasure Events at Local and Breed Shows and Even some times she can be found showing some Plantation Seat on her Walking horse from time to time.... . . Jeff who also started as a young child working with horses and on farm equipment,is the Right Hand Man of the farm, He can be found work on any equipment that might be broke down around the farm or enjoy some R & R on the back porch watching the kids play in the back yard or riding horses in the ring or even taking a nice ride on the motorcycles with Kim .... . . Kristen who has been riding horses since before she was born, is our in house trainer, She can be found helping Brook or David get ready for a show She is now just a show mom and is retired from the show pen but can still be found around the show grounds Helping Kim, Brook and David get ready to step into the pen, . . . Shirley "Kim's Mother" who has some knowledge of horses is our Johnny on the spot and does what ever is asked of her from pulling horse trailers to driving tractors with hay wagons, or making us a great home cooked meal after hours in the barn or days away at a horse show...... . . Dave "Kristen's" Husband can be found helping out where ever he is needed.. He isnt to big into the horses but if he is needed he is there to help out, He can be found Riding motorcycles and just enjoying some down time while polishing a Horse Trailer or two... . . The new comers to the farm are:. . Brook who was almost born on a horse, can be found Riding horses with her friends or getting ready to go to a horse show, and even helping her mom and Grandma pick stalls or bring in horses for feeding... She is big into showing horses at Local and Breed Shows and can be found showing in 11 & Under All Around Events ... . . David,who is 100% COUNTRY BOY he can be found helping his pap work on equipment or riding with Grandma Kim in the skidloader, He enjoys a nice trail ride with his mom and sister and he even enjoys traveling with us to horse shows, But his MOST Favorite thing to do is play in the Sawdust with his diggers and trucks.... . . Other Faces that can be found around GSHF are Katie who has experience in jumping and riding polo horses, but enjoys trail riding the best. She doesnt live at home any longer but when she is home she can be found showing her New baby Girl Jordan the ropes of the horse world.... . . . .
