My name is Sean Morkal.
My father and I have been breeding Golden Retrievers for as long as I can remember and we have a combined 35 years of experience working with the breed..
Golden North currently has two breeding females, Kenai and Foxy and one male, Moose..
Moose is our kennel Stud.
We have over 9 pages of lineage history on Moose, listing many championship predecessors.
Moose has a thick, rich medium golden coat with beautiful feathering, spot on to the breed standard.
Moose is a true family dog at heart, but will carry his own weight when it comes to Hunting and Fishing.
He is extremely loyal and willing to please..

Kenai is a female that is friendly, loving and extremely smart (sometimes too smart - I might add).
She has a light golden color with good feathering..

Foxy is our newest addition; She is very sweet, and loves to cuddle up next to you.
Her coat is thin and dark Gold in Color..
Both of our females, Kenai and Foxy are shorter in stature, lessening the risk of joint troubles and hip dysplasia, which is a common ailment of Golden Retrievers..

a. The Golden Retriever, with its intelligence and eager to please attitude, is one of the most popular breeds in the United States according to AKC® registration statistics.

3. What color will the puppies be?.
a. Our male, Moose has a thick, medium lustrous golden coat.
Our female, Kenai has a lighter, thinner and sometimes curly coat.
Our other female, Foxy has a beautiful dark golden, thin, straight coat.
We believe that with Moose’s long lustrous coat, mixed with both the lightness of Kenai and the darkness of Foxy, we will have a variety of puppies to choose from..

a. We cannot guarantee the future health of the dog, but can provide the best care before the puppy leaves our kennel.
