Kitchens have all appliances, stove, frig, dishwasher (some with microwaves and AC) & either eating space, breakfast bar or separate dining room. Cable and High Speed Internet are available. Laundry facilities are on site. Tenant pays for gas and electric. Management pays for water, sewer and trash. $400 deposit (2bdrm, unfurnished). 6 month lease. 12 month and short term leases are available as well. As such, skiers and hunters are welcome.
