Detailed description is Golden Ages teaches individuals how to become successful at healthy living, Gods Plan to healthy living is not a quick fix but a lifestyle change. I've been medicaid/disability advocate for over 12 yrs. About 9 yrs ago i noticed that there were so many conditions/illnesses affecting people less than 50. Alot of these illnesses were usually seen in older adults. Heart Attacks, Strokes, Cardiomyopathy, CHF, Diabetes, High blood pressure. Seems like people were getting sicker and I started doing more disability claims. So i got my personal trainers certification, zumba instructor, kick boxing/aerobics, group fitness, senior fitness instructor, and sports nutritionist certification. Then i started teaching a course God's Plan to healthy living. To area churches, groups, at retreats, workshops etc. I was trying to educate our communities so it would prevent them from ending up becoming disabled. I taught classes at Myers Recreation Center for few years. Special thanks at that time to Mike Nash who was centers director. This was the Birth of Golden Ages Health & Wellness. and we have been educating every since.
