Detailed description is The Global Village Project brings together Lawrence Technological University’s American and international students and their families to explore their similarities and differences in order to expand their understanding of the world and its people.
The Global Village Project brings together Lawrence Technological University’s American and international students and their families to explore their similarities and differences in order to expand their understanding of the world and its people.
Lawrence Tech faculty will direct and facilitate the on-campus enrichment sessions, which will be reinforced with field trips to local cultural and educational attractions.

Each day will focus on a specific theme, with reflection .
time provided for participants to discuss what they have learned.
Each evening meal will feature a different international cuisine.
All the students will receive a journal in which to record their thoughts and insights and serve as a keepsake of their experience.
The Global Village will begin on August 18th and run through August 23rd.
