Natuur, ruimte en gastvrijheid op een bijzondere plek in de Auvergne Authentiek sfeervol ingericht 18e-eeuws vakantiehuis (4 pers.) in de Auvergne. Le Marronnier biedt waar u naar op zoek bent: huiselijke sfeer, gastvrijheid en ruimte. Een bijzondere plek te midden van een prachtige natuur waar u volledig kunt ontspannen. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelaars en fietsers. Wifi gratis.. Het vakantiehuis, ingericht voor 4 personen, is een voormalig woonhuis uit 1796, opgetrokken uit natuursteen met dikke muren en de robuuste balken. De woning heeft een totale oppervlakte van 104 m². Op de begane grond bevindt zich de woonkamer met zithoek en houtkachel, de eetkamer met eethoek. De aparte keuken heeft een gaskookplaat, koelkast/diepvriezer, vaatwasser en magnetron. Bij de eigenaar staan een wasmachine en wasdroger, waar u eventueel gebruik van kunt maken. Op de 1e etage bevindt zich een slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden (lits-jumeaux) en een 2e slaapkamer met 2 aparte eenpersoonsbedden. Via de ruime overloop komt u in de riante badkamer met douche, 2 wastafels en toilet.. Buiten heeft u de beschikking over een eigen terras met tuinset en parasol en een tuin van 210 m² op het zuiden met magnifiek uitzicht over het liefelijke landschap.. Dekbedden, kussens en beddengoed zijn op de kamers aanwezig en bij de prijs inbegrepen. In de badkamer is er bij aankomst per persoon 1 set badhanddoeken ter beschikking. Meerdere setjes kunt u bij ons huren. Voor keuken- en theedoeken zorgt u zelf of u huurt ze bij ons. . Bijplaatsing van een kinderbed is mogelijk, inclusief lakentjes en een dekentje Elektriciteit is inclusief tot 8 kWh per dag (normaal gebruik). De eindschoonmaak bedraagt € 35,00.. In huis mag niet worden gerookt. Om praktische en hygiënische redenen worden geen huisdieren toegelaten in de woning.
