Ghosts of War: Post-Conflict Recover in Vietnam is an organization founded originally as an Alternative Break Program at American University.
The program focused on post conflict issues from the Vietnam conflict, including Agent Orange (Dioxin) contamination, health issues for the Vietnamese and American veterans exposed to Agent Orange, unexploded ordnance, veterans issues in the US, and much more.
The program works with several NGOs in Vietnam, Government officials from both countries, and NGOs based out of Washington, DC.
Our primary mission now is to spread awareness and to advocate for more support from the United States toward the post-conflict recovery in Vietnam..
