Getty Acres Farm is a family owned and operated business by partners Ed, Dan, Carl, and Larry Wilkinson. There are about 260+ head of Holstein cows milked three times a day in a rotary parlor. There are about 250 head of Holstein feeder steers marketed each year. About 230 replacement heifers are also raised each year. We farm 4000+ acres of corn, barley, wheat, soybeans, alfalfa and timothy hay each year. Approximately 9000 tons of mulch hay, hauled by Getty Acres, trucks is shipped to mushroom farms in Chester County, PA. In addition there is 2000 tons of feed hay shipped to farmers in surrounding counties. Getty Acres also operates a Custom Lime Spreading business call 717.752.5300 for lime.
