Greater Cleveland XC is excited to announce the launch of our new Beginner Running Program - GET FIT! If you are ready to take the first step toward fitness and wellness, then this program is for you. GET FIT is a running based program designed for those who are new to walking/running for fitness, those getting back into walking/running after an injury or time off, or for those simply looking for some camaraderie and support in working towards a better running experience. This 10-week program will have weekly meetings which will include speakers and support on fitness, running and nutrition topics, followed by a walk/run on the Greenway Corridor. The $75 program fee includes TWO FREE race entries to the Greenway 5K and the inaugural Cinco de Mayo 5K, as well as a technical "GET FIT" team shirt! .
