Detailed description is Clear Creek Farm was established in 2007 when our family, the Gerber's, fell in love with the beautiful scenery of Mayville, New York. We saw potential where many would have turned their heads, but instead transformed this 100+ acre lot of land from a blank canvas into a masterpiece. We moved our family of seven from State College, Pennsylvania to start our new life here, working endlessly to build our farm from the ground up. When the land was purchased, the only building on the property was our house. As of today, we have added two new beautiful facilities; a six stall horse barn along with miles of trails, as well as a fully equip sheep/goat barn. Not to mention, we have purchased and renovated a lovely guest house that is now available to the public for rent.
