This foundation gives students the opportunity to be well grounded in the fundamentals of the scientific process as well as experiences in supervised individual and group/team consultations.

The program consists of course work in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, individual and team interventions for sport psychology consultation, health and exercise psychology, team dynamics, and the psychological aspects of elite performance.
