We do not do repairs on homes, but build them new from the ground up.

REQUIREMENTS: A family's selection is based on the following: .

1) Need: Living in substandard /poverty housing (e.g.-poor heating or plumbing,leaky roofs, overcrowding (three to a bedroom).

2) Ability to pay: you must have a gross income between 30% to 75% of the area median income.

3) Willingness to partner: You will be required to work 300 hrs.
of sweat-equity helping build houses, attend budget counseling classes, help raise funds for HFH, assist where needed..
