Detailed description is La Fundación Semana nació en 2009 para trabajar en zonas de posconflicto para diseñar modelos replicables de reconstrucción integral. Luego de una búsqueda intensiva se llegó a El Salado, un corregimiento de los Montes de María donde la violencia paramilitar dejó una huella profunda en la población destruyendo el tejido social, la infraestructura y las estructuras económicas.. . La Fundación Semana, a través de la elaboración de un Plan de Desarrollo con la comunidad definió una ruta de acción y emprendió la creación de una Alianza público privada que puso sobre la mesa la necesidad de que la solidaridad del sector privado y las responsabilidades del estado convergieran en un proyecto. Esta Alianza ha convertido a El Salado en un símbolo para demostrar que la reconciliación es posible convocando a todos los sectores y que con voluntad política el panorama del país puede comenzar a cambiar.. . Hoy en día El Salado se ve diferente que en 2009, las personas han recuperado la confianza y las obras de infraestructura apoyan procesos sociales de transformación profundos.. . Y ahora el paso es para San Basilio de Palenque. Las Fundaciones Semana y Carvajal acompañan un proceso de identificación y análisis de las necesidades locales de innovación social y propusieron algunas rutas de intervención para la comunidad de este corregimiento de Mahates, en el marco del diseño del Plan Palenque 2015.
