የእግዚአብሔር ፍጹም ሙላት አመሰራረት:-ቤተክርስቲያኒቷ ለእግዚአብሔር ሰዎቸ ለፓስተር ብርሃን ጫነና.
ለፓስተር መርሲ መሰፍን በተሰጣቸው ራዕይ መሠረት በመኖሪያ ቤታቸው የተጀመረ ሲሆን፣ ዓላማና አፈጻጸሙ.
አብረዋቸው በእግዚአብሔር ፈቃድ ከሚሰሩ ፓስተሮችና አብሮ ሠራተኞች ጋር ነው:: የቤ/ክንዋም ዋናው ሥራም.
በኤፌሶን 3፡19 መሠረት ትውልድን ወደ እግዚአብሔር ፍጹም ሙላት ማምጣት ነው:: ይህንንም ለማድረግ.
በማስተማር፣ በመገሰጽ በመጸለይና አስፈላጊውን ግብዓት ሁሉ በመጠቀም ወደ እግዚአብሔር ፍጹም ሙላት.

ይህን በእግዚአብሔር ባሪያ በኩል እግዚአብሔር ለምድራችን ያመጠውን ራዕይና አሠራር በመከተልና ብዙዎችን ከሲኦል በመታደግ እንደ ታየላቸውና እንደ ታሰበላቸው የልጁን መልክ እስኪመሰሉ ድረስ በተለያየ የእግዚአብሔር ጥበብ ጸጋና እውቀት ጭምር በመጠቀም ወደ ታየልን ፍጹም ሙላት ለመድረስ የሚችል የተዘጋጀ ትውልድ መምራት ነው፡፡.

ይህንን ሥራ ለመሥራት ግን እግዚአብሔር ምንም እንኳል በባሪያው ፓስተር ብርሃን ጫነ በኩል ይጀምር እንጂ፣ በራሱና በጥቂት ተባባሪ አብሮ ሠራተኞች ብቻ ከግብ ሊደርስ ስለማይችል ብዙዎችን እግዚአብሔር በራሱ አሠራርና አደራረስ የዚህ ራዕይ ባለቤትና ሥራ አስፈጻሚዎች እያደረገ ይቀጥላል፡፡.

ሁሉም የዚህ ራዕይ ተካፋይ የራዕይው ባለቤት ከሆነው ከእግዚአብሔርና የራዕዩ የመጀመሪያ ተቀባይ ከሆነው መሪ ፓስተር ጋር በሆን የራሱን ድርሻና ሥራ በመውሰድ በዚህ ዘመን መሠራት ወዳለበት የእርሱ መለኮታዊ ጥሪ የማስፈጸሚያ ብቃትና መረዳት ልክ ለመግባት አብሮ ሠራተኛ ሆኖ በንቀሣቀስ ከዚህ በፊት ይህንን ራዕይ እዚህ ለማድረስ የተከፈለውን ሁለንተናዊ ጸጋና የእግዚአብሔርን ሀሳብ ባለማደናቀፍና ባለማበላሸት በማስተዋልና በጥንቃቄ በሥራት በአግዚአብሔር ባሪያዎች በኩል የሚመጣውን ትምህርት በመቀበልና ከዚህ ራዕይ ጋር አብሮ በመሥራት የሚቀጥለውን የእግዚአብሔር መንገድ ሊያመቻች ይገባዋል፡፡.
ይህ የእግዚአብሔር ፍጹም ሙላት ቤተክርስቲያን የአብሮ ሠራተኛች የሥራ ኃላፊነት፣ ተግባርና መብት ሰነድ በየጊዜው እየተሻሻለና እነዲሄድ በማድረግና ወደፊት እግዚአብሔር ወደ ቤተክርስቲያኒቱ የማያመጣቸውን የራዕይውን ተቀባዮች በእግዚአብሔር ቃል በማስተማርና በማሳደግ፣ ስህተቶችን በማረምና በመገሰጽ ትውልድ ሁሉ ለእግዚአብሔር መንግሥት ቅድሚያ እንዲሰጥና ሊሄድበት የሚገባውን መርህ ፈር እየቀደደ በኢትዮጵያ ያልነበረና ታይቶ በማይታወቅ ምሳሌያዊ አሠራር ለማነሳሳት የሚያስችልና የእግዚአብሔር ሕዝብ ለጽድቅ የሚያዘጋጅ የከበረ ሰነድ /precious document/ይሆናል፡፡.

ከቤተክርስቲያን ጋር አብሮ መስራት አማራጭ ሣይሆነ ግዴታ ስለሆነ ለታላቅ ውጤትና ተሰሚነት ለማግኘት የመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ አስተምህሮ አንዱና ዋንኛው ነው፡፡.

አብሮ ሣይሰራ ትንሽ ውጤት ማምጣት ይቻል ይሆናል፤ ነገር ግን በሕብረት ሲሰራ እግዚአብሔርን የበለጠ ደስ የሚያሰኝና ሌላውንም አለም የሚያስገርም ስራ መስራት ይቻላል፡፡.

የፍጥረት አለም አሰራር አስገራሚና ድንቅ የሆነውና ውጤቱም እስከዛሬ ያልጠፋው እግዚአብሔር አብ፣ ወልድና መንፈስ ቅዱስ አብረው ስለሠሩት ነው፡፡ (ዘፍ1፡26).

እግዚአብሔር በሕብረት ከሠራ ሰው ደግሞ ይህንኑ አርአያ በመከተል ለአንድ ዓላማ ተባብሮና ሕብረት ፈጥሮ ቢሠራ ውጤቱ እርሰ በርስ አፈቃቅሮና አደጋግፎ ከማኖሩም በላይ የእግዚአብሔር መንግስት የበለጠ ማስፋት እንደሚስችል ሳይታለም የተፈታ እውነታ ነው፡፡ (ዘፍ.2፡18)፣ (መክ.
4፡9-10).
